Hotel Complex
The complex sits in the valley of the Terek river, ringed by mountain ranges. The concept, “a town among the mountains”, sets the architecture into its natural surroundings.
The site holds a hotel with spa and pool, a restaurant complex, a club house with a private pool, administrative and service buildings, detailing, and additional commercial facilities — a tennis court and a helipad.
The architectural character combines timber louvres, natural stone, concrete and textured render with living facades and panoramic glazing. The modelling of the volumes and the openwork timber canopies echo the surrounding peaks and the course of the river.
The landscape design includes ponds and fountains, green oases, a rock garden, seating areas and children’s and sports grounds.
Role on the project: concept and schematic design, site analysis and landscaping, functional zoning and masterplan, massing and facade design, Revit modelling and custom families, presentation material.
